Salt, Body, Breath & The Sea:

a place to find rest, rejuvenation, community & a reconnection with body

Join us for an ocean-inspired gathering interweaving movement, art, journaling & conversation in order to provide a space for deeper connection with your self, your body, & your breath. In various historical references throughout time, salt has come to represent things like worth, healing and preservation. We will spend our time intuitively exploring these ideas through various intentional exercises.
