SPRING REFLECTION

Join us for a morning of guided journaling practices, contemplation and group conversation surrounding what the spring season represents and what it can teach us.

Inspired by Nicole’s debut guided journal, Journaling My Way Back: An Intentional, Year-Long Reflection Through The Four Seasons.

SPRING

A time to plant new seeds and nurture the newer opportunities that were building up foundation in the winter.

As nights grow shorter, and temperatures rise, plants can now receive the conditions they need to start growing. The roots that were continuing to develop in winter now have more strength to support and encourage this period of growth.

“Spring is for hope,

for slow growth

and rising up.”
